At the beginning of January in 2014 (precisely 7th of Jan :P) I decided I’ll try taking a photo a day for the year to capture a moment/highlight/lowlight/food for the day and see how it all looks by the end of the year.
It didn’t take long before it to become a daily habit.
So here’s the write-up to accompany it!
I’ll kick it off with the first picture of 2015 (should’ve changed the hashtag, ah well..):
So 2011 is coming to an end and although I would’ve loved to slam out a corkboard review again I realised I just didn’t have that many photos to do so (more on this later!).
It’s been a very fast year, I’ll probably start saying this every year but it’s just how it felt – is it a sign of getting older too?
But do you know what the greatest thing about the new year is?
To me it’s about leaving the year behind and starting a new year. We often use the saying at certain points in our lives, “starting a new chapter” but to me starting a new year is like starting a new book. Think about it, for those who still use paper organisers you will be starting a new one – I definitely will be!
So how did my 2011 fair up then? Well..
As we roll over towards the new year, sometimes I like to stop and think (then again, I always seem to).
But without looking back, how can we move forward?
I thank you for the trust you’ve put into me.
I know I selfishly took a risk despite knowing what has happened before in the past.
Thanks for understanding, and I hope my intentions were clear and good.
I hope atleast now it will help you take a step forward.
Better late than never.
Got your back. Got it.
